Aman Jalendary - Founder

Aman Jalendary is a seasoned civil engineering professional with over 12 years of rich and diverse experience in project management, technical due diligence, cost consultancy, and real estate asset monitoring across the North and West zones of India. His career spans roles in reputed organizations, including DMI Finance, Quantum ProjectInfra, and Voyants Solutions, where he consistently delivered results in high-value projects.

As the Founder and Director of Saranya Civil Consulting, Aman leads with precision, combining deep technical knowledge with hands-on execution. He has conducted technical due diligence for more than 5 landmark projects, monitored over 12 real estate developments, and overseen tendering, contracting, and billing across 25+ assignments. His portfolio includes high-rise residential towers, commercial, Industrial, plotted developments, and redevelopment ventures.

Aman's core strengths lie in project planning, cost control, contract management, Tendering and RA bill certifications. He has been instrumental in developing efficient systems for budget tracking, material reconciliation, and compliance monitoring for clients ranging from NBFCs to developers and infrastructure consultancies. With a B.Tech in Civil Engineering and certifications in AutoCAD, Cost-X, Salesforce and Google Looker Studio, Aman combines traditional engineering discipline with modern data-driven tools. He is known for his integrity, analytical thinking, and commitment to delivering value-driven solutions that align with both technical standards and business objectives.
